Within a week of the call: a written brief — what we heard, what we would do, what it would cost. Not a slide deck. A document you can act on.
03~2 weeks · Start
A signed engagement.
If the brief lands, we send a contract. If it does not, we revise — or we point you elsewhere with no friction. Most engagements start within two weeks of the first call.
